The recipient, Syafiq Sazuan, has been an employee since 2019. Throughout this period, he has held the position of Supervisor for the retail branch. Under his supervision, operations have consistently been maintained at a good level.

However, in early 2025, he was suspected to have developed a heart condition. His health gradually became more concerning, resulting in several hospital admissions for further treatment.

Compared to his previous condition, where he was more active and energetic, he has now been advised by doctors to reduce his workload and avoid any activities that may place excessive strain on his health.

As a result, he is no longer able to carry out physically demanding tasks or work long hours as he once did.
Despite facing these health challenges, Syafiq Sazuan continues to strive to give his best within the scope of work he is able to perform.

The recipient, Muhammad Zulhafiz, also known as Ujang, has been recognized throughout his service as a committed and hardworking employee.

However, an unexpected incident occurred while he was participating in a company-organized Team Building program. During a paintball activity aimed at strengthening team bonding, he was involved in an accident that resulted in a fracture to his right leg.

Immediately after the incident, he was rushed to the hospital for emergency treatment. Medical examinations revealed that his injury required further treatment, including close monitoring and rehabilitation, as well as a relatively long recovery period.

He was required to take leave and undergo full rest for approximately four months in order to ensure proper healing. His determination to recover and return to work reflects his strong sense of responsibility and dedication to his role.

Nevertheless, the company demonstrated a high level of care and responsibility by fully covering all necessary medical expenses and providing continuous support during his recovery period.

The first recipient, Mohammad Khairul Izwan, initially served from 2015 to 2019 before resigning due to health issues. He later rejoined the company in 2023.

He suffers from chronic gout, a condition that significantly affects his overall health. During gout flare-ups, he experiences severe pain, particularly in the joints, which greatly limits his mobility.

These recurring episodes have also impacted his ability to maintain consistent work performance, especially in roles that require physical movement and long hours. Despite this, he remains dedicated and continues to carry out his responsibilities.

The second recipient, Ahmad Aminsyah, began his service in 2021. He was involved in a serious motorcycle accident that resulted in critical internal injuries.

As a result of the accident, he had to undergo a major surgery involving his kidneys, during which one of his kidneys had to be removed. The procedure required intensive medical care followed by a prolonged recovery period.

This condition has had a significant impact on his daily life, including limitations on physical activities, the need for continuous medical monitoring, and a reduced ability to work as he did previously.

The recipient, Mohammad Haniff, is one of the longest-serving staff members at Mosab and has made significant contributions to the company’s growth and success. He has been with the company since 2015 and continues to serve with strong dedication.

One of his most outstanding achievements was recording personal sales exceeding RM1.2 million within a single month an exceptional milestone that reflects his capability, consistency, and commitment to excellence.

However, behind his professional success, he is also facing major challenges in his personal life. His child is currently dealing with a health condition that requires continuous and close medical attention.

This situation demands a high level of commitment from him as a father, including dedicating time for medical treatments, regular monitoring, and daily care for his child.

Despite these responsibilities, Mohammad Haniff continues to balance both his professional and personal roles with resilience, responsibility, and unwavering dedication.
